No Refund Policy

Please note that once a ticket is booked, no refund will be possible under any circumstances.

At Shubhamya Intercity, we have a strict no refund policy for all bookings. When you purchase a ticket, the seat is reserved exclusively for you, and we cannot offer it to other travelers once booked.

Booking Considerations

  • All bookings are final once payment is processed.
  • Please ensure all passenger details and travel information are correct before confirming your booking.
  • We recommend booking your tickets only when your travel plans are confirmed.
  • In case of any scheduling issues from our end, we may offer an alternative travel option.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. Once a payment is successfully processed, it is considered final and cannot be reversed through our booking system.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event of service cancellation from our side (e.g., vehicle breakdown, severe weather conditions, etc.), we will make every effort to provide an alternative travel arrangement. If no alternative can be provided, the situation will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
